What we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted.

What we collect
Only what the booking form asks for: traveller names, dates of birth, nationality, route and dates, your phone number and email address, your stated purpose and delivery preference. We do not ask for passport numbers, passport scans or any government identification document, and you should not send them.
Why we collect it
To create the reservation, to deliver it to you and to answer support messages about your order. Nothing else.
Payments
Payments are processed by UPI apps and our payment provider. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
Who we share it with
The operating airline and the global distribution system, because a reservation cannot exist without the traveller names. No advertisers, no data brokers, no resale, ever.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for 12 months for support and accounting, then deleted.
Your rights
Email support@dummyticketsindia.com with your order ID to get a copy of what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We action deletion requests within seven days.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and script libraries are loaded from Google Fonts, jsDelivr and the jQuery CDN, which may log request data under their own policies.
