What name should I enter?
Exactly what is printed on the passport you will submit — given names in the first-name field, surname in the last-name field, no initials, no nicknames, no honorifics. A ticket that does not match the passport character for character is one of the most common reasons an application is sent back.
What if I do not know my exact travel dates yet?
Use the dates you wrote on your visa application form. Those are the dates the officer will compare your itinerary against, so they are the ones that matter. If the application is not filled in yet, pick a realistic window and tell us — we can re-issue once for free if it changes.
When should I have the reservation issued?
Set 'I need it by' to two or three days before your appointment. Reservations are held for 10 to 14 days, so issuing too early risks the hold lapsing before your interview.
How do I pay?
After you submit the form you land on a payment page with a UPI QR code and direct GPay, PhonePe and Paytm buttons. You will already have your order ID by then, and a copy of your submission in your email.
