1. What we supply

We supply a genuine airline flight reservation held under a live record locator, delivered as an itinerary PDF. We do not supply purchased tickets and the document cannot be used to board an aircraft.

2. What you are responsible for

The accuracy of everything you enter: traveller names as printed on the passports you will submit, dates of birth, nationality, route and dates. We issue what you give us. Corrections that arise from your own input are handled under clause 5.

3. Validity

Reservations are held for approximately 10 to 14 days from issue, subject to the operating carrier. We issue to the date you specify on the booking form so the hold covers your appointment. We cannot extend a carrier's hold period.

4. Delivery

Target delivery is 20 minutes from confirmed payment during operating hours (09:00–23:00 IST). Delays caused by carrier or GDS outages are outside our control; where we cannot deliver at all, we refund in full.

5. Corrections and re-issue

One free re-issue within 30 days of your original order, covering appointment changes and passport-matching name corrections. Further re-issues are charged at the standard rate.

6. Lawful use

You agree to present the document for what it is — a held reservation evidencing intended travel — and not to represent it as a purchased ticket. You agree not to alter it. We cooperate with any airline, consulate or authority investigating altered documents.

7. No visa outcome guarantee

Visa decisions are made solely by the issuing authority. We do not and cannot influence them, and a refusal is not grounds for a refund.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
