Full refund
- You cancel before we have issued the reservation.
- We fail to deliver within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
- The record locator does not resolve on the operating airline's system or an equivalent GDS viewer.
- The document contains an error made by us that we cannot correct.
Free re-issue instead of refund
- Your visa appointment moves and the reservation would expire — one free re-issue within 30 days.
- A traveller name needs correcting to match the passport.
- You need a different route or date for the same trip.
No refund
- Your visa is refused. The document evidences intent; the decision is the authority's and is made on your whole application.
- You decide not to travel after the reservation is issued.
- You ordered the wrong product but received exactly what you ordered.
How to claim
Message +91 7026045412 or email support@dummyticketsindia.com with your order ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within five to seven working days.
